A classic step back in time! The classic shape of the RK's slightly flared shell and handsome metal rivets are complemented by the attachment of an original Riddell two bar facemask. The suspension webbing is identical to the original right down to the same brown thread that was used to stitch it together. Real leather jaw pads, gray toned strap and identical front style labeling makes this helmet indistinguishable from the original. These helmets also have the "KRA-LITE" and "RIDDell" trademarks branded into the rear of the helmet, unlike some other helmets you may find on the market these days which have neither. | Rare helmet manufactured by Riddell during their "RK" series production runs. This is the famous "gold" helmet used by the Steelers during their 1962 regular season games. Note the extra large decal, and the famous "Steel" instead of "Steelers" in the decal which came later that year when they swiched to the black helmet for the playoffs, not returning to a gold helmet until very recently when wearing their throwback uniforms. | This is a reproduction of a TK helmet of the Houston Oilers from 1975-80. This beautiful helmet comes with a full size running back cage face mask just like Earl Campbell wore (see picture below), and is true in detail in every way. | A great quarterback, Y.A. Tittle left everything on the field and never gave up. In his 15 year career, Tittle threw for over 28,000 yards with three different teams. Remembered most for his final four years with the New York Giants, when he led Big Blue to three title games. But this is an authentic reproduction of the helmet he made famous. After suffering an injury that would have sidelined any other athlete, Y. A. wore this 49ers helmet in 1954, including the special "handle" attached to the cheek area to provide added protection. Was there ever anyone tougher than Y.A. Tittle? He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1971. |

| An All-Pro three consecutive seasons and elected to Pro Football's Hall of Fame in 1978, Green Bay Packers middle linebacker Ray Nitschke personified head coach Vince Lombardi's defensive philosophies and anchored a ferocious Packers defense largely responsible for the success of Green Bay in the decade of the 1960's. This specially made RK helmet of the era, highlighted by the thin-mil decal design of the Packers from 1961-1967, with Nitschke's number 66 accurately stenciled in the appropriate font on the rear, and the special linebackers cage face mask he helped make a symbol of hard hitting dominance, is a true must for any Packer’s or NFL fan. |
